Common questions about our pricing and billing
What counts as an 'active student'?
An active student is anyone who logs into the platform during a billing period. If a student doesn't access the platform for a full month, you don't pay for them that month.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my student limit?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade your plan or we can discuss a custom arrangement. We won't suddenly cut off access for your students.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees for any plan. We also provide free onboarding assistance and data migration from your existing LMS.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and bank transfers. For annual plans, we also offer cheque and DD payment options.
Can I get a discount for annual billing?
Yes! Annual billing gives you 20% off compared to monthly billing. That's essentially 2+ months free.
Do you offer educational discounts?
Yes, we offer special pricing for government institutions, non-profits, and educational institutions. Contact our sales team to learn more.
What if I'm not satisfied?
We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. If you're not happy after subscribing, we'll refund your payment within the first 30 days, no questions asked.
