By accessing or using Training Delivery Platform ("TDP", "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this platform.

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including administrators, instructors, and students.

2. Description of Service

TDP provides a cloud-based training delivery platform that enables organizations to:

• Create and deliver online courses and training programs
• Provide virtual lab environments for hands-on learning
• Conduct proctored assessments and examinations
• Issue digital certificates and credentials
• Manage students, batches, and administrative operations

3. Account Registration

To use TDP, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain and update your information as necessary
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Be at least 18 years old or have guardian consent
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Engage in cheating, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty
• Share account credentials with unauthorized users

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Platform Content

All platform features, design, code, and documentation are owned by TDP and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any platform materials without written consent.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you create and upload. By uploading content, you grant TDP a license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our services.

6. Payment Terms

• Fees are charged based on your selected plan and usage
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• You are responsible for applicable taxes

7. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% platform uptime. In the event of extended downtime, affected customers may be eligible for service credits as outlined in their specific agreement.

Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance and typically occurs during off-peak hours.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using TDP, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Fail to pay applicable fees
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Cause harm to other users or the platform

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support. Upon termination, your access will cease and your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• The platform will be error-free or uninterrupted
• All defects will be corrected
• The platform will meet all your requirements
• Certifications issued will be accepted by all employers

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TDP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangalore, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
